The Product Manager -Reporting will be responsible for the R365 suite of reports from ideation to go-to-market and will work closely with every other Product Manager to drive our reporting offering in the R365 Platform.

  • Own the Canned Reports area of the R365 product

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, flexible work environment where you’ll have the opportunity to lead a robust mission-critical product offering

  • Drive, develop and maintain the R365 Reporting Strategy and Roadmap, along with its 3-year vision

  • Select, design, and write user stories for the Reporting Scrum Team

  • Evaluate and prioritize features, bugs and program debt

  • Collaborate with other teams to prioritize, scope, design, and deliver the most impactful enhancements needed to fortify and enhance our existing suite of Reports

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Reporting, including usage metrics, user guides, release notes, and technical documentation

  • Communicate and present product information at company events

  • Conduct customer interviews

  • Partner with other teams to ensure reporting is used to its fullest capability

  • Work with the Go to Market (GTM) team to strategize how product updates will be rolled out to both prospects and internal customers

  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and what data points drive successful restaurant businesses

  • Support the R365 Product by identifying opportunities with data, understanding features and capabilities to make recommendations for how to use data to better enable the customer experience and enhance the overall product

  • Occasional travel may be required

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management in reporting, data or analytics

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of reporting usage and data, with strong analytical and business problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and business intelligence tools on both web and mobile interfaces

  • Demonstrated Agile Methodology experience, ideally at scale

  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work successfully with cross functional stakeholders

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in the restaurant industry

  • Product Management experience with Back-of-House Restaurant Software (integrations, reports, analytics, accounting, invoicing, workforce management), ideally in the Enterprise space

  • This position has a salary range of $120,800 - $151,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
