Job Description: We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated individuals to join our remote data entry team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems, ensuring proper formatting, and maintaining data integrity. You will also collaborate with other departments to manage data processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter large volumes of data into our systems in a timely manner
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure proper formatting and consistency across databases
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with maintaining and updating databases
  • Provide data-related reports when needed
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience with data entry, administrative support, or related roles is a plus
