Job Overview

We are in search of a motivated and dynamic Local Success Coach (LSC) to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote role will be instrumental in fostering cultural exchange, child care, and child development within your community, specifically supporting Host Families and Au Pairs in the San Mateo, CA area. By establishing strong relationships with local families and international young adults, you will contribute to our mission of promoting positive cultural experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential information and guidance to families during the matching process.
  • Clearly articulate regulations, policies, and program rules to Host Families and Au Pairs.
  • Conduct in-home family interviews and site visits to confirm understanding of program regulations.
  • Facilitate in-home orientations for new Au Pairs upon their arrival.
  • Maintain monthly communications with families and Au Pairs to ensure ongoing support.
  • Organize and implement in-person cultural events for Au Pairs in the local community.
  • Collaborate with headquarters staff to support families and Au Pairs effectively.
  • Build and nurture personal relationships with families and Au Pairs while ensuring high-quality communication.
  • Execute marketing initiatives as directed by headquarters.
  • Address crisis and conflict situations promptly and professionally, assisting families and Au Pairs with resolution.

Compensation And Benefits

Compensation is tiered based on the number of active families within your service area:

  • For 3 active families: Approximately 1.4 hours per week; estimated yearly compensation: up to $4,500.
  • For 11 active families: Approximately 3.0 hours per week; estimated yearly compensation: $9,300.

As an independent contractor, you will enjoy the flexibility of creating your own schedule while making a significant impact in the lives of families and young adults globally. Payments will be made monthly for the deliverables submitted for the prior month.
