Part-Time Inbound Contact Center Agent (Remote)

Hourly Pay: $13/hr. (Non-Exempt)

Brandt Information Services, based in Tallahassee, FL, is on the hunt for dynamic individuals for an exciting seasonal opportunity during peak months. Be the go-to voice of assistance, connecting with customers about hunting and fishing licenses, permits, camping reservations, and park passes all from the comfort of
 your own home!

Candidates are required to be available to work between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm EST and must be available to work at least one weekend day per week.

• Handle 98% inbound calls – no sales quotas!
• Assist with license/permit purchases, camping reservations, and park passes.

• Provide application/website support and basic troubleshooting.
• Process license/permit sales and assist with fulfillment.
• Hero support for Point-of-Sale agents' hardware and application issues.
