Job Purpose:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and highly organized Human Resources Employee Relations Coordinator. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, energetic, and possess 2-5 years of experience in HR functions, including HRIS administration, benefits management, handling employee escalations, facilitating on-boarding and off-boarding processes, and contributing innovative ideas to the management team. The Human Resources Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and special projects. Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to efficiently utilize tools like MS Excel, MS Office, and experience with Paycom is a significant advantage.

Additionally, we are specifically looking for an HR Coordinator with a strong background in
ADP, PAYCOM, and Freshdesk to bolster our HR team. This professional will play a critical role in providing top-notch service and streamlining HR operations to create a seamless experience for our employees, ensuring they have the support and resources they require.

Duties:

Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources in all aspects of Human Resources:

ADP and PAYCOM Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of ADP and PAYCOM to manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records. Ensure accurate and timely updates and data management.

HR Operations: Oversee daily HR activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and compliance. Implement and maintain HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, utilizing Freshdesk to provide timely and effective responses to employee questions, concerns, and issues.

Compliance: Stay current with HR regulations and employment laws, ensuring all HR processes and practices remain compliant.

Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports from ADP and PAYCOM to support decision-making and monitor HR metrics.

Documentation: Maintain and organize HR records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Human resources: 2+ years (Preferred)
  • HRIS: 1+ years (Preferred)
  • HR Certification or Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
  • Experience in a role that require meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
  • Demonstrated experience working and excelling in a fast-paced, variable environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
